At RestaurantSupply.com, we strive to ensure every kitchen is equipped for success, offering a 30-day window for returns on most unused and original-packaged items. Please note that certain commercial equipment and custom orders may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to avoid damage.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the outside of the shipping box with your RMA number and ship the package back to our designated distribution center using a trackable carrier.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
